Cosplay summary
When I watched the anime, I thought she was just a cute and adorable main character. But after reading the manga, my view of her changed. She is very powerful and helps everyone around her a lot. So I think people would have a lot more reasons to like her than just her “cuteness”.
All Kimetsu no Yaiba costumes/kimonos have very elaborate prints and gradients, as well as the hair, so I had to have the entire kimono symbol printed on a graphic. The Kimono and Obi were made in Silk Satin Jacquard lined with Taffeta and the black coat and suneate in Plain Oxford with the white straps / bows in Mesh!
As Nezuko can't sunbathe, I had to think about the entire external night scene, so I also decided to make her "house", which is a wooden box with a door! I made it all out of cardboard to be very resistant and I coated it with E.V.A foam to be able to make the wood texture, and that resulted in some very cute photos!
