Cosplay summary
In "TOTK," Purah allowed herself to age a few years. (Can you believe she's over 120 years old?!) Now having a more adult and mature appearance, she is much closer in age to Link and Zelda in adulthood rather than being a child as in Breath of the Wild, which made it very difficult for me to incorporate her character, as she is now much more serious and less expressive, with much smoother movements compared to her child version!🤟❤️
For this Purah, unlike the heavy fabrics I chose to work with for her as a child, I preferred to use lightweight fabrics like Blackout for the coat to have light movements and puffy sleeves. Undoubtedly, the biggest challenge I had with this costume was the golden chest details, which were entirely made of hand-sewn golden leather.
And the cutest main focus of the character, the voluminous wig with the huge odangos, at the base of the odangos I used styrofoam and a long, 100cm frizzy wig to make all the stylization! The other accessories such as the chopsticks and goggles were all made of E.V.A!
